The Role

The work is focused on the liquid investment portfolios of Anthos. Supporting the Equities, Fixed Income and Absolute Return teams. The role offers exposure to a great variety of tasks within managing an investment portfolio of listed and non-listed investments. You will learn from very experienced and seasoned investment professionals with excellent track records. You will be part of a young, energetic, multicultural and growing team.

As a working student for the Investment & Strategy Research team (ISR), you will support the investment analysts for minimal two days a week. You will work on different investment related analysis across a great variety of investment classes and strategies. Next to ‘business as usual support’ and Ad Hoc support, the working student will work on specific subjects:

• Equity and Fixed Income related investment analysis: developing and maintaining (quantitative) tools to gain more insights into the portfolio.
• Data control and analysis of risk exposures, inventorying and analysis of underlying investments of the listed and non-listed investment portfolios.
• Support in monitoring and assessment of portfolios along Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) attributes and metrics.

Who are you

You are at the end of your bachelor or in your master phase. You are a team player, ambitious and have strong interest in financial markets and investment management. You have affinity with data analytics, designing and implementation of analytical tools. Familiarity with programming in VBA and/or Python is an advantage.
