Are you curious about ways to boost your resilience? Want to work on your personal development or learn how to create a healthier balance between your study and personal life? Then come to the Wellbeing Week from 4-8 November!
A healthy balance between studying, hobbies, work, leisure & other pursuits is very important for having an enjoyable study time. During the Wellbeing Week, you can therefore attend numerous workshops and lectures that have the angle to contribute to your well-being and resilience. Activities can range from a mindfulness class to a ‘Know your Talent’ workshop, and from self-defense to a Sip & Paint event. You can even drop in for a free health check or enjoy a chair massage!
