Kraket Room closed and other precautions due to Corona pandemic

13 March 2020

As the Coronavirus is spreading more and more throughout the Netherlands, we as the board of Kraket feel that it is necessary to take precautions for our study association. With these precautions we are following the latest advice from the RIVM and the guidelines of the VU.

To protect our members and to limit the spread of the virus among students, the Kraket Room will be closed. This precaution is in line with the VU's policy to cancel all lectures and exams and the national advice to work from home as much as possible.

The precaution to close the Kraket Room is effective starting Friday 13 March and remains effective until further notice.

Another result of the Corona pandemic is that the EGW (Ectrie Goes Wild) of Friday 27 March will be cancelled. We will keep your informed about the status of other activities in the nearby future.

We will keep a close eye on the developments around the pandemic the coming days and we will keep you up-to-date via our usual channels if anything changes.

In case you have any questions, please let us know.

Thank you for understanding.
